This is what happens when two average girls have a mad ideas …...………….

We’re two ordinary women with an extraordinary challenge: to row 17.5 million meters — the distance from the GoodOaks Homecare Office in Worthing England all the way to the Wicking Dementia Centre at the University of Tasmania, one of the world’s leading dementia research centres.

Why? Because dementia isn’t just a word to us. Both of us have been personally touched by it, and in our daily work as carers, we see its impact on individuals and families every single day.
